The service
Aana provides articles, technology guides, curated links, accounts, bookmarks, comments and optional email updates. External links and automated summaries may contain errors; check original sources and product details before making decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, post unlawful or abusive material, spam, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. Tell Aana if you suspect an account security problem.
Comments and intellectual property
Only submit material you have the right to share. Your display name and comments are public. Respect the rights of authors, photographers and third-party sources. Attribution does not automatically grant permission to republish another person’s work. Final moderation, removal, reuse permissions and account termination procedures require owner approval.
Purchases, refunds and guarantees
No purchase flow is currently offered by this implementation. The previous placeholder product checkout and unverified sales, testimonial, refund and lifetime-update claims have been removed. Any future paid offer needs confirmed pricing, delivery, refund terms and a tested payment integration before it goes live.
Availability and responsibility
Articles, links and features can change or become unavailable. Content is general information and should be checked against current original sources. Any contractual warranties, liability limits and dispute process require appropriate review and must respect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. This draft does not assert a blanket exclusion of liability.
Privacy and changes
See the draft privacy policy for current data practices and unresolved owner decisions. Material changes to approved terms should have a clear date and an appropriate notice process.
